What we collect

Through the diagnosis form: name, company, work email, industry, production headcount and your message. Through site usage: anonymised analytics, if enabled.

Why

To answer your diagnosis request and for related commercial contact. Legal basis under the LGPD: pre-contractual procedures (art. 7, V) and legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), with opt-out at any time.

Sharing

With our hosting and email provider (Locaweb) to deliver the message, and with the analytics tool, if enabled. We do not sell data.

Retention

Form data: 24 months after last contact, or until you request deletion.

Your rights

Confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion and information on sharing (LGPD art. 18). Write to the officer’s email.

About the Optimus product

The Optimus system processes employee data of its customers as a processor, under each customer contract and data processing agreement, not under this policy.
